二、用途 Usage
本产品适用于交流额定电压(U0/U)0.6/1KV和1.8/3-8.7/10KV系统的输配电线路。
This product is suitable for use in rated AC voltage (U0/U)0.6/1KV and 1.8/3-8.7/10KV system transmitting and distributing circuit.
三、使用特性 Property for Use
1.既有远优于PVC绝缘力缆的的所有性能指标,又克服了特理交联和其它化学交联的蔽端,并且完全达到或超过了GB及IEC规定的技术特性值。
It is far better than all property targets of PVC insulated power cable and has overcome the short comings of physical and chemical cross- linkage,and completely reaches of surpasses GB and IEC technical property value.
2.电缆导体最高允许工作温度为90℃;应急超载工作温度为130℃;短路时(5s)导体最高温度为250℃。
The allowed max.cable conductor work temperature is 90℃;urgent excess work temperature is130℃ for short circuit(5s),max.conductor temperature is 250℃.
3.电缆敷设时的环境温度应不低于0℃。如在0℃以下敷设,应对电缆予热。
The environmental temperature for laying cable should be not less than 0℃.If laying under0℃,the cable should be preheated.
4.电缆弯曲半径为:单芯电缆不小于电缆外径的16倍;多芯电缆不小于电缆外径的12倍。
The cable bend radius for single core should be not less than 16 times of overall cable diametet;for multi-core cable,not less than 12 times of overall cable diameter.
5.载流量大,敷设不受落差限制。
The current-carrying capacity is large and not limited by dro during laying.

注:还可以根据用户特殊要求及技术协议设计制造阻水、阻燃耐火系列及低烟无卤等特殊型号的产品。阻燃、耐火系列在后面还有详细介绍。
“42”“43”由于实际中很少采用,故在此省略。
Note:We can also design and produce waerproof,fire-resistant series and low smoke,non-halogen and other special type products according to clients’special requirements and technical agreemen.Combustion-retardant and fire-resistant series will be in troduced in detail later. Because“42”“43”are actually rarely used,therefore they are omitted here.

(1)表中单芯铠装电缆仅适用于直流线路,如用于交流则必需采用非磁性材料或减少磁损耗结构的铠装。
The single core armored cable in the list are only suitable for use for DC circuit. If used for AC circuit,non-magnetic material or armored by reducing magnetic loss structure must be used.
(2)3 2、3 1、4 1芯中性线和保护线截面等同,规格参照全塑力缆。
3 2、3 1、4 1cores neutral wire and cross-sestion protection wire are the same,for specifications,refer to all-plastic power cable.

七、技术特性 Technical Properties
1.导体:一般采用相同或不同直径的圆单线绞合而成,本样本采用前者工艺。
Conductor:generally uses similar or not similar diameter twisted round single wire.This sample book adopts the former technology.
(1)1.8/3KV及以发下电缆用导体:
Conductor for 1.8/3KV and below cable:
a.单芯电缆线芯为圆形或紧压圆形,多芯电缆线芯,截面为35mm2及以下为圆形,50mm2及以上为扇形或半圆形。
Single core cable core is round or extruded round,cross-section of multi-core cable core of 35mm2 and below is round,50mm2 and below is fan-shaped or semicircular.
b.(3 1)、(3 2)、(4 1)的中性线和保护线芯为圆形或紧压圆形,其中五芯力缆可采用四芯外加一芯绞制到四芯缆芯上,或瓦楞形或五芯均压扇形或第五芯为紧压圆形等结构。
(3 1),(3 2),(4 1)neutral wire and protection core is round or extruded shape, among them5-core power cable may adopt 4 cores plus 1 core twisted to 4-core cable core,or a corrugated shape or five cores extruded into fanshape or 5th core into extruded round shape and other structures.
(2)3.6/6-8.7/10KV电缆用导体:
Conductor for 3.6/6-8.7/10KV cable:
a.采用圆形高度紧压,其紧压系数(η)按其截面不等分别为不小于0.87、0.88、0.89、0.90、0.91。
Adopts highly extruded round shape,wiih extrusion co-efficient(η)not less than 0.87,0.88,0.89,0.90 and 0.91
according to different cross-sections.
b.特殊情况下,6KV的导体亦可为扇形。
Under special situations,6KV conductor can also be fan-shaped.
(3)导体结构采用的最少单线根数符合表3

(4)导体直流电阻符合表3。

Overall diameter of steel wire armored cable=(1.08-1.16)times the steel belt armored cable overall diameter(mm).
