一、产品标准 Product Standard
企业标准，本标准等效采用GBl2666.6B 一 90 Enterprise standard，this standard is equivalent to GBl2666.6B 一 90．
二、用途 Usage
本产品适用于交流额定电压1—10KV塑料绝缘电力电缆、450／750V塑料绝缘控制电缆、450／750V及以下电气装备用电线电缆所使用的任一场所，尤其是高温、易燃，要求耐火的各类输配电、
控制、报警和消防系统等线路。
三、使用特性 Property for Use
1．额定电压按不同产品品种可分为：
According to different product kinds，rated voltage can
be divided into the following：
a．0．6／1—8．7／10KV b．450／750V
c．300／500V d．300／300V
2．导体长期允许工作温度按不同产品品种可分为：
Allowed work temperature of cable for a long period is
divided into the following according to different kinds of
products：
70℃、90℃、105℃
3．短路时(5s)导体最高允许温度为不超过160℃和250℃(对1一a而言)。
For short circuit(5s)，the allowed max,work temperature of conductor does not exceed 160℃and 250℃(for
1-a)．
4．电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于O C。
Environmental temperature for laying cable should be not less than 0℃．
5．电缆允许最小弯曲半径按不同产品品种分别为：6倍、10 倍、12倍、15倍的电缆外径。
Allowed min．bend radius of cable should be according to different kinds of the following products：6 times、10 times，12 times and 15 times of cable overall diameter．
6．电缆燃烧性
Cable combustion nature
a．在火焰温度750—800℃燃烧条件下，电缆可正常运行不低于90分种。
Under flame temperature 750—800℃combustion
conditions，cable can normally operate not less than
90 min．
b．在a环境下所测得电缆的载流量不低于相应型号规格的普通电缆工作条件下的载流量值。
Measured cable current．carrying capacity under“a” environment is not less than the current-carrying capacity value under work conditions of corresponding
type and specifications of common cable．
7．电缆的其它电性能及物理一机械性能均高于相应的普通电缆。
Other electric nature and physical．mechanic nature ofcable are all higher than corresponding common cable．

六、技术特性或条件 Technical Properties or Conditions
1.电缆可经受耐火试验，达到GBl2666．6B类的要求，可在火焰温度750-800℃下,施加1000V电压,燃烧90分钟,连接的3A熔丝不断。
Cable may undergo fire-proof test,reaching the requirement of GBl2666.6B；it may,under the flame temperature below 750- 800"C,put 1,000V voltage,and burn for 90 min.and the con.
neting fuse 3A will not break．
2.电缆除导体及铠甲层及特殊情况下的某种材料外,其它所有的材料均为阻燃、高阻燃、防火材料。
Except for conductor,armor layer and certain material under special conditions,all material of cable are combustion-retardant,highly combustion-retardant,and fire-proof material.
3.成品电缆的导体电阻,绝缘电阻、耐压试验、载流量、敷设安装后的直流耐压试验,局部放电等参照相应的各普通电缆。
Finished cable conductor-resistance,insulation resistance,，voltage test，current—carrying capacity，DC voltage test after laying and installing and partial discharge,etc.,are aIl similar to various corresponding kinds of common cable kinds.
4．电缆的结构尺寸
Cable structure and size：
a．近似外径,耐火电缆比相应的普通电缆按不同品种约增加1.5 -3mm；
Approx.overall diameter of fire-proof cable is about 1.5-3mm more than corresponding common cable according to different
kinds．
b．参考重量耐火电缆比相应的普通电缆按不同的品种约增加10 -7％：
Reference weight of fire-proof cable is about 10-7％more than corresponding common cable according to different
kinds．
c．导体结构等同于相应的普通电缆。
Conductor structure and others are equal to corresponding common cable. |
