二、用途 Usage
本产品适用于交流额定电压450／750V及以下控制、监控回路及保
护线路等场合。
This product is suitable for use in AC rated voltage450／750V and
below control．monitor return circuit and protection circuit and
other occasions．
三、使用特性Property for Use
1．额定电压450／750V
Rated voltage 450／750V
2．电缆导体的长期允许工作温度为70℃。
The allowed work temperature of cable conductor for along time is 70℃
3.电缆的敷设温度应不低于0"C，推荐的弯曲半径：无铠装的电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
The temperature for laying cable should be not lower
than 0℃，recommended bend radius：for non．armored
layer cable should be not less than 6 times the cable over．
all diameter．
有铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆，应不小于电缆外径的12倍；有屏蔽层结构的软电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
For cable with armor or copper belt sheath structure，should be not less than 1 2 times of cable overall diameter；for soft cable with sheath layer structure，should be not less than 6times of cable overall diameter．
四、型号Types
电缆的型号如表1 For cable types，see Table 1 表1 Table 1
注：经协商可采用铝一塑复合带作为屏蔽材料，其代号P3。还可生产KVVP22、KVVRP22及聚乙烯绝缘(KYV……)等特殊型号及规格以及其它非标准的控制电缆。
Note：After consultation，aluminium-plastic compound belt can be adopted as screen material，code No．P3．We can also produce KVVP22，KVVRP22，PE insulated(KYV．．．)and other special types，specifications and non-standard control cable．
七、技术条件 Technical Conditions
1.以KVV、KVV22型产品为例，电缆结构尺寸及主要技术参数如表3、表4。

2．20℃时的导体电阻应符合表3一表4规定。
Conductor resistance at 20℃ should conform to stipulations in Tables 3 and 4.
3.电缆应经受表5规定的工频交流电压试验
Cable should undergo industrial frequency AC voltage test stipulated in Table 5.
4．电缆的绝缘电阻符合表3一表4的规定。
Cable insulation resistance conforms to stipulations in Tables 3 and 4．
5．成品电缆应有制造厂名(代号)、型号和电压等标志，标志应耐擦。
Finished cable should have factory name(code No．)，type，voltage and other marks which should be resistant to wear
八、交货要求Requirements for Delivering Products
1．产品成盘交货长度不小于l00m，如用户提出可按l00m成圈交货。
Products should be delivered in coils，with length not less than l00m．They can be delivered in l00m coils upon clients’equest
2．经双方协议，允许以任意长度交货。
After an agreement by both parties，any length IS delivered.
3．长度计量误差不超过±0．5％。
The error for measuring the length should not exceed±0．5％． |
