二、用途Usage
本产品适用于交流额定电压为450／750V及以下动力装置固定敷设用。
This product is suitable for use in rated voltage 450／750V and below power device for fixed laying
三、使用特性 Property for Use
1．U。／U为300／500V和450／750V。

2．电缆的长期允许工作温度：
Allowed work temperature for a long period：
BV一105型……应不超过105℃，
其他型号……应不超过70℃。
BV-105-type—should not exceed 105℃．
Other types—should not exceed 70℃．
3．电缆的敷设温度应不低于0℃；允许弯曲半径：
The temperature for laying cable should be not less than 0"C；allowed bend radius：
电缆外径(D)小于25mm，允许弯曲半径应不小于4D，
电缆外径(D)为25mm及以上允许弯曲半径应不小于6D。
Overall diameter(D)less than 25mm—should be not less than 4D．
Overall diameter(D)25mm and above—should be not less than 6D．
BLVV300／500V铝芯聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套圆型电缆。

2．电缆的导体电阻符合表3一表9规定。 Cable conductor resistance conform to stipulations in Tables 3-9．
3．电缆应经受表10规定的交流50HZ浸水耐压试验不击穿。 Cable should undergo AC 50HZ soaked-in-water high-voltage
holding test without puncturing.
成品电压试验 Voltage Test of Finished Products
4．两芯及以上圆形护套电缆的绝缘线芯之间应能经受表10规定的交流50HZ不浸水电压试验不击穿。
Insulation cores of two—core or more round sheathed cable are able to undergo AC 50HZ not-soaked-in-water voltage test
without being punctured stipulated in Table 10．
5．电缆表面可油印或热压印出产品型号、电压等级，制造厂名标志，标志应耐擦.
Product type，voltage grade，factory mark can be painted or hot pressed on cable surface．They should be wear resistant.
八、交货要求Requirements for Delivering Products
产品成圈交货，也可成盘交货。
Products should be delivered in coils or bundles．
成圈交货长度为100m或200m，成盘交货长度应不小于100m。允许长度不小于10m的短段交货，其数量应不超过交货总长度的10％，且每
件中的短段数应不超过2个。
Length of products delivered in coils is lOOm or 200m and that in bundles should be not less than lOOm．Short sections not less
than 10m are delivered，but its quantity should not exceed 10％of the total length delivered and the number of short sections
should not exceed 2 in each article．
根据双方协议允许任何长度交货。
According to an agreement by both parties，any length is delivered．
长度计量误差不超过±0．5％。
The error of measuring the length should not exceed±0．5％．
