一、产品标准    Product Standard
           企标    同时产品除阻燃特性执行IEC332外，其它均等效采用该产品相应的非阻燃型产品的国家标准(GB)。
    Enterprise standard．At the same time,apart from implementing IEC332 for combustion retardant characteristics,products also adopt state standard(GB)for non-combustion-resisting type equivalent to the products．
如：阻燃电力电缆等效采用GBl2706-2002
    For example：Combustion-retardant power cable adopts    equivalent standard GBl2706-2002．
    阻燃控制电缆等效采用GB9330-88
    Combustion-retardant control cable adopts equivalent standard GB9330-88．
    阻燃安装电线电缆等效采用GB5023-1997
    Combustion-retardant installing wire and cable adoptsequivalent standard GB5023-1997．
二、用途    Usage
           本产品适用于非阻燃型电力电缆，电气装备用电线电缆相应产品所适用的一切使用场所，且同时要求阻燃的环境及条件。
  This product is suitable for use in all places using non-combustion-retardant type power cable,electrical equipment-use wire and cable and all corresponding products and at the same time requires combustion-retardant environment and conditions.
三、使用特性     Property for Use
    1．额定电压(U0/U),按不同产品系列分别从300/300V到26/35KV。
  Rated voltage(Uo/U),from 300/300V to 26/35KV ac-cording to different kinds of product series．
    2．电缆的最高长期允许工作温度分为：70℃、90℃、105℃  The max．work temperature of cable for a long periodare：70℃,  90℃ and 105℃ 
    3.短路时(5S)导体最高允许温度不超过：70℃为160℃；90   ℃为250℃。
  For short circuit(5S),the max．work temperature of conductor does not exceed 160℃for 70℃：250℃for 90℃．
4.电缆的敷设温度不低于0℃。
  The temperature for laying cable is not less than 0℃．
5.电缆弯曲半径,执行相应非阻燃电缆标准的规定。
  Cable bend radius implements corresponding non-cornbustion．retardant cable standard stipulation．
6.阻燃特性按阻燃类别可分为A、C二类(B类不推荐)。
  Combustion-retardant characteristics can be divided into  categories A and C(category B is not recommended)．
  a．ZRC型阻燃电缆用于要求通过IEC332-3C类的一般阻燃场所。
    ZRC-type combustion．retardant cable is used in general combustion．retardant places requiring IEC332-3
    C category．
  b．ZRA型阻燃电缆用于要求通过IEC332-3A类较为苛刻的 阻燃场所。
    ZRA-type combustion.retardant cable is used in corn  bustion-retardant places requiring relatively harshIEC
    332-3A category．
  c．单根电缆应达到通过IEC332-1(2)不延燃的要求。即自熄性，多根或成束电缆在通过IEC332-3后仅在一定范围内燃烧,并能自熄。
    Single cable should reach the requirement of IEC3321(2) non-burning,that is,self-extinguishing nature．
    Multi-cable or a bundle of cable will only burn in a   certain scope after reaching the IEC332-3 stan-dard   and will extinguish itself．

四、型号及规格    Type and Specification
       1.电缆型号如表1（表中列出型号均为每个品种系列的代表）
          For cable types,see Table 1(the types in the Table are representatives of each kind.)


注：由于B类阻燃已逐渐不被采用故在此省略。

注：样本中除此表非阻燃型号以外的其它型号，如须阻燃，请参照表1中型号模式来填写型号，其使用特性、范围、用途、规格请参照各
        相应非阻燃型号的产品说明。

    为方便起见将ZRA、ZRC合成为ZRA(C),但在签订合同时,必须写成ZRA或ZRC,如不注明,公司将按ZRC类阻燃制造。(ZR即代表ZRC)
    For convenience,ZRA and ZRC in the Table are composed into ZRA(C),but in signing a contract,you must write ZRA or ZRC,If not
    stated clearly,our company will produce according to ZRC category.(ZR represents ZRC)．
五、技术特性、条件及其它均等同于样本中对应的非阻燃型电缆。
