Aerial insulated cables of rated voltages up to and 1KV(GB12527-1990)
● 用途 Application
本产品适用于交流额定电压1KV及以下,作架空电力线路用铜芯､铝芯或铝合金芯耐侯型聚氯乙烯(PVC)､聚乙烯(PE)和交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘型架空电缆｡
This product is applicable to aerial power lines of A.C. rated voltage 1kV and below. This series of aerial weathering insulatedcable has different types of cores such as copper core, aluminium core and alloy aluminiumcore, and different types of insulation such as polyvinyl chloride, polythene and crossl-inking polythene.
● 使用特性
1)额定电压为U0/U为0.6/1KV
The rated voltage U0/U is 0.6/1KV
2)电缆导体的长期允许工作温度
PVC及PE绝缘应不超过70℃
XLPE绝缘应不超过90℃
The permissible long-term working temperature of cable conductor;
relative to the PVC insulated and polythene insulated cable, it must be below 70℃;
relative to the XLPE insulated cable, it must be below 90℃
3)电缆敷设温度不低于-20℃｡
During the cable laying, the ambient temperture must be above -20℃.
4)电缆的允许弯曲半径
电缆的外径D小于25mm者,应不小于4D
电缆的外径D为25mm及以上者,应不小于6D
The permissble bending radius of cable;
if the external diameter of cable (D) is less than 25mm, it must be more than four times of D.
if the external diameter of cable is 25mm and above, it must be more than six times of D.

Notes：CS—Nominal cross area of conductor; HCC—Hard drawn copper core;
ACC—Annealed copper core; AC—Aluminium core;
AAC—Aluminium alloy core; MC—Minimum insulance in the rated working temperature.

● 用途 Application
本产品为架空输电线路输送电能之新型产品，电网建设与改造之10KV、35KV输电工程线路就优先选用，它是线路维护与安全最台适的系列产品：软铜线芯产品适用于变压器引下线等。
This product is a new type used for electricity supply on aerial power transmission lines．which has been preferentially selected as the 10kv or 35kv engineering transmission line for the construction and transformation of grid system．This series of products is appropriate for maintenance and security of lines， and the product with annealed copper core is applicable tO the down lead of transformer.
● 使用特性 Characteristic Of use
1)额定电压为10KV、35KV
The rated voltage is 10kv and 35kv．
2)电缆敷设温度不低于-20℃
During the cable laying，the ambient temperture must be above-20℃．
3)短路时(最长持续时间不超过5S)电缆的最高温度：
交联聚乙烯绝缘为250℃
高密度聚乙烯绝缘为150℃
During having a short circuit(1asting less than 5 seconds)，the maximum temperature：
XLPE insulated cables is 250℃
HDPE insulated cables is 150℃
4)电缆导体的最高长期允许工作温度：
交联聚乙烯绝缘为90℃
高密度聚乙烯绝缘为75℃
The permissible maximum temperature of cable conductor for long—term working：
XLPE insulated cables is 90℃
HDPE insulated cables is 75℃
5)电缆允许弯曲半径：应不小于电缆弯曲试验时用圆柱体直径。
The permissible bending radius shall not be less than the diameter of the cylinder used in the cable—bending test．
