适用范围
Application
该产品在高温200℃及以下能保持较好的机械物理性能及电气性能，且具有耐溶剂、耐腐蚀、耐高温
等特性，适用于高温等一些使用条件恶劣，交流额定电压450/750V及以下控制、监控回路及保护线路中，
作为各类电器、仪表的连接线使用。同时，我公司能够根据用户需要，设计制造具有低烟无卤、阻燃、耐
火、阻水等特种耐高温控制电缆，适用于有阻燃、耐火、低烟无毒防腐等要求的场所。
The product can be kept its fine mechanical, physical and electric properties in a hi-temperature of 200℃ or
less, and it also has the features of solution resistant, anti-corrosion and hi-temperature resistant etc, suiting for
controlling and supervising mesh circuit and protecting electric line of rated voltage up to and including 450/750V
under adverse conditions like hi- temperature etc. The products can be used for connecting various of electric
facilities and instruments etc; moreover our company can design and manufacture specific hi-temperature resistant
control cable with the features of low-fume and no-halogen, flame-retarding and waterproof etc, suiting for the
places required flame-retarding, fire-resisting and low-fume and nontoxic as well as anti-corrosion etc.

● 额定电压U0/U为450/750V。
Rated voltage U0/U:450/750
● 电缆导体的长期允许工作温度：硅橡胶绝缘为180℃，氟塑料绝缘为200℃。
The allowable and continuous work temperature of cable conductor: silicon-rubber insulation: 180℃,
fluoroplastic insulation: 200℃
The layer temperature of cable should not be lower than 0℃.
● 允许弯曲半径：无铠装层或有屏蔽结构软电缆应不小于电缆外径的6倍；有铠装层或铜带屏蔽结构
的电缆应不小于电缆外径的12倍。
The allowable bending radius: not less than 6-fold of external diameter of the cable without armor or screen
layer; not less than 12-fold of external diameter of the cable with armor or screen layer.

注：本公司除可生产上述控制电缆外，还可生产阻燃控制电缆、耐火控制电缆、低烟低卤或低烟无卤
阻燃控制电缆、隔氧层控制电缆等。它们的型号表示方法如下：
阻燃控制电缆在电缆型号前加ZR－（建议按GB/T19666-2005要求称呼和表示如：无卤低烟阻燃耐火
WDZAN）
耐火控制电缆在电缆型号前加NH－
低烟低卤、低烟无卤阻燃控制电缆分别在电缆型号前加DL－、WLNote:
Except for the above mentioned control cable, our company also can product the cable of flame-retardant,
fire-resisting, low-fume and low-halogen or low-fume and no-halogen and oxygen separating layer etc. The
indicatory types are as follow:
Flame-retarding power cable:“ZR-”is marked ahead of common cable’s type
Fire-resisting power cable: “NH-” is marked ahead of common cable’s type
Low-fume and low halogen or low-fume and no-halogen power cable: “DL-WL-” is marked ahead of common
cable’s type
电缆的技术参数
Technical Data of cable
● 20℃时的导体直流电阻符合GB/T 3956的规定。
● 电缆的绝缘电阻符合Q/320282GAD014-2003。
● 电缆能承受5min、3000V耐压试验。
● 阻燃控制电缆能通过GB/T 18380规定的A类、B类、C类燃烧试验。
● 耐火控制电缆能通过GB/T 19216规定的耐火试验。
● 低烟低卤、低烟无卤阻燃电缆能满足GB/T 18380、GB/T 17650、GB/T 17651及GB/T 19666试验要
求。
● 隔氧层控制电缆能通过GB/T 18380规定的A类燃烧试验。
1、The D.C resistance at 20℃ of conductor should conform toGB/T3956.
2、The insulation resistance of cable should conform to Q/320282GAD014-2003。
3、The cable should be borne 5 min,300V voltage-resistant test.
4、The fire-resisting control cable should be made A B and C-class firing tests regulated in GB/T 18380 and
GA 306
5、The fire-resisting cable should be made A B and C-class firing tests regulated in GA 306
6、The flame-regarding cables of low-fume and low halogen or low-fume and no-halogen should meet the test
requirements of GB/T 18380,GB/T17650,and GB/T17651.
7、The control cable with oxygen separating layer should be made A-class firing test regulated in GB/T 18380
and GA 306
