适用范围Application
本产品适用于额定电压0.6/1kV铜芯塑料绝缘预预制分支电缆可广泛应用于住宅、院、商场、工厂等配电系统。
This product iS widely used in power distribution systemof living house,office buiding,hospital,shopping center and factory。
使用特性 Operating  characteristic
●电缆导体允许长期工作温度为:交联聚乙烯绝缘90℃,聚氯乙烯绝缘70℃。
The allowable continuous work temperature of cable conductor:XLPE insulated:90,PVC insulated:70
●电缆导体允许短路温度为:交联聚乙烯绝缘250℃,持续时间不超过5s;
聚氯乙烯绝缘160℃,持续时间不超过5s。
The allowable short-circuit temperature of cable conductor:cross-linking polythene:250 and continoused time can not surpass 5second,PVC insulated 160℃and continoused time can not surpass 5second
●阻燃型电缆可有效阻止火焰蔓延;低烟无卤型电缆燃烧时不产生有毒气体;耐火型电缆可在750~800℃(或950-1000℃)火焰条件下,可维持正常运行90min。
The flame-retarding cable can be effectively used for preventing flame spreading,and low-fume non-halogen cable will not produce toxic gas when firing;tire-resisting cable can be kept 90 min of normal operation under a firing conditions of 750-80℃(or950-1000℃)
电缆的结构尺寸
Construction
标准主干电缆和支线电缆都是以与其型号相对应的材料为绝缘和护套,参照IEC、GB、JIS等标准制成的低压电力电缆。一般主干电缆是单芯或拧绞型多芯(二芯至五芯电缆),支线电缆采用单芯电缆。其结构特点如下:
Both standed maincable and line cable are insulated and sheathed with the relativematerials conforming to their types and manufactured according the IEC、GB、JIS,Usually the main cable is made with single-core or stranded multi-core(2-coreto 5core)branch cable is adopted single-core。The features of cable structure as follows:
1.非耐火型电缆结构Non-fire-resisting cable structre
2.耐火型电缆结构 Structure of fire-resisting
3.分子结头的结构Join tStructure of Branch Cable
  预支分子电缆的联接体部分是采用专用PVC或合成材料制成的如图所示的分子电缆连接体。
