| 产品简介Introduction 该产品是在紧压的铜、铝导体挤制内屏蔽层和耐候交联聚乙稀或耐候型黑色高密度聚乙稀绝缘层和外屏蔽层而制得（1kV架空绝缘电缆没有内外 屏蔽层），结构简单、安全可靠，同时又具有优良的机械物理性能和电气性能，耐电痕、耐沿面放电、耐大气性能优良，与祼电线相比，敷设 间隙小，节约线路走廊，线路电压降减小，尤其是减少供电事故发生，确保人生安全。 The products are manufactured by extruding a conductor screen layer, an insulated layer of rough-weather-adaptive XLPE or rough-weather-adaptive black HD-PE or PVC, and an insulation screen layer over the compacted copper/aluminium conductor(no conductor screen layer and insulation screen layer for cables of rated voltage 1kV),with the advantage of simple construction, and excellent mechanical,physical and electrical property as well as fine performance of anti-creeping- discharge, rough-weather-adaptive and creepage-proof. Compared with bare conductor, the product can be laid more closely to save the line gallery, and have less voltage-drop. Above all, the products installed reduce power accidents to insure lives safety. 产品标准Standard 本产品按GB12527-90、GB14049-93进行生产。 The products shall comply with the standards GB12527-90 and GB14049-93. 适用范围Applications 本产品适用于高层建筑群、旅游开发区及树木多丛地区的1kV、10kV、35kV架空输配电线路。 The products fit for transmitting line and distributing line of rated voltage 1kV, 10kV and 35kV in tall buildings, traveling development area and wooded tract. 使用特性Operating characteristics 1、 电缆额定电压U0/U分为三种：a.0.6/1kV b. 10kV c.. 35kV。 The rated voltage of cable has three classes: 2、 电缆导体的长期允许工作温度： Continuous permissible operating temperature: 聚氯乙烯绝缘为70℃； PVC Insulation:70℃ 聚乙烯绝缘为70℃； PE Insulation: 70℃ 高密度聚乙烯为75℃； HDPE Insulation: 75℃； 交联聚乙烯绝缘为90℃； XLPE Insulation: 90℃； 3、 短路时（最长持续时间不超过5秒），电缆的最高温度： Max.Temperature of cable under short-circuit（5sec.Max.Duration） 聚氯乙烯绝缘为160℃； PVC Insulation: 160℃； 聚乙烯绝缘为130℃； PE Insulation: 130℃ 高密度聚乙烯为150℃； HDPE Insulation: 150℃； 交联聚乙烯绝缘为250℃； XLPE Insulation: 250℃； 4、 电缆的敷设温度应不低于-20℃。 Laying temperature of cable not less than -20℃ 5、 电缆使用的环境温度为-40~+-40℃，相关湿度雨季不小于90%。 Operating ambient temperature of cables:-40~40℃,Relative humidity in rainy season not less than 90% 6、 电缆的允许弯曲半径： Permissible bending radius of cable: 额定电压0.6/1kV及以下电缆； cable for rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1kV: 电缆外径D＜25mm者，弯曲半径不小于4D; bending radius not less than 4Dfor cable diameter＜25mm 电缆外径D≥25mm者，弯曲半径不小于6D; bending radius not less than 6Dfor cable diameter≥25mm 额定电压10kV、35 kV电缆； cable for rated voltage 10 kV and 35 kV; 单芯电缆：20（D+d）±5%; single-core cable:20（D+d）±5%; 多芯电缆：15（D+d）±5%; multi-core cable:15（D+d）±5%; 式中：D-电缆的实际外径，mm; Note:D-Over all Diameter of cable d-电缆导体的实际外径， mm d-Over all Diameter of conductor  |
