2.产品概况 Summarization about product
辐照交联的原理是采用高能射线(钴-60等放射性元素的射线加速)或高速电子作能源,使高分子链直接连接起来,由线型结构变成体型结构.由于射线的能量较高,所以不需要交联剂,也不需要高温和高压条件就可以引起化学键的断裂于组合,将C-C键直接连接起来,因而具有较高的耐热等级,根据材料的配方和加工工艺的不同可做成90℃105℃125℃级绝缘料.在美欧等发达国家辐照交联绝缘电缆产品用量大大超过温水交联绝缘电缆,而成为主要电缆包覆材料.
用辐照交联生产工艺加工的交联电缆材料有聚乙烯(PE)聚氯乙烯(PVE)乙烯醋酸乙烯脂(EVA)和橡胶等材料,由于橡胶材料在加工时会出现一些困难,因而用的很少,在我国用的最多的是聚乙烯辐照交联电缆料和聚氯乙烯电缆料.
辐照交联与化学交联产品相比,具有体积电阻系数大介质损耗小耐温等级高的特点,使同样规格的产品载流量大大提高,同时化学交联具有的性能也同样能够满足,因而,低压电缆用辐照交联产品是最理想的.
Principle of radiation cross-linking adopts high energy ray(ray radioactive element like co-60acceleration)or makes use of high-speed electron as energy source to connect the macromolecule chain directly, change to three dimensional structure from line structure. As the ray has high energy, it needs no cross-linking agent or high temperature or high pressure, it can be cause the breaking or combination of chemical bond ,and connecting C-C bond directly, hence, it has a high anti-heat grade, can be made into 90℃,105℃and125℃grade insulating material according to different material or processing technique. In the developed countries like America, Japan and Europe, the application of radiation cross-linking insulated cable much more than warmed water cross-linking insulated cable, and the insulated material is the main covering for cables. 
   Cross-linked cable material like PE, PVC, EVA and rubber can be processed by radiation cross-linking production technique. As there will be some difficulties for rubber to process, we seldom use it. In our country, the most popular material is PE radiation cross-linking cable material and PVC cable material.
Compared with chemical cross-linked products, radiation cross-linking has characteristics such as high volume resistivity, small medium consumption and high heatproof grade, greatly improved product’s carrying capacity of the same specification, meanwhile, it also possesses the performance that chemical cross-linking has, therefore, radiation cross-linking products are the idea products for LV cables.
3.用途 Usage
普通适用于125℃及以下辐照交联聚烯烃绝缘,且能够阻燃要求的,额定电压0.6/1KV及以下的电力系统。
It is widely applied in power system of rated voltage 0.6/1Kv or below that requires 125℃ (and below) radiation cross-linking polyolefin insulation and anti-flame performance.
4.主要特点 Main characteristic
电性能较高
由于辐照交联材料内无需添加会导致电性能变差的交联剂,因而体积电阻系数比化学交联高1~2个数量级,击穿电场强度也比化学交联高。
产品耐热老化性好
构成辐照交联的化学键是C-C键,是由高能化合而成,而分子键能大、稳定性高因而辐照交联电缆长期工作温度达125℃.而化学交联中杂键较多(如-S-,-N-,-O-键等),其键能较小,耐温等级不是很高。
