This product implements standard GBl2527-90
二、用途 Usage
本产品适用于交流额定电压1KV及以下绝缘架空电力线路。
This product is suitable for use in rated AC voltage 1KV
and below insulated overhead power cable lines．
三、使用特性 Property for Use
1．额定电压为1KV；
Rated voltage is 1KV；
2．导体长期允许工作温度为70℃
Allowed work temperature of cable for a long period is 70℃;
3．电缆的敷设温度应不低于一20℃；
Temperature for laying cable should be not less than-20℃；
4．电缆的允许弯曲半径：
Allowed bend radius of cable：
电缆外径(D)小于25mm者，应不小于4D。
For overall diameter(D)less than 25mm，should not be less
than 4D．
电缆外径(D)为25mm及以上者，应不小于6D。
For overall diameter(D)25mm and above，should be not
less than 6D
四、型号 Types
架空绝缘电缆的型号如表1。

注：允许与树木频繁接触。

五、规格 Specifications

注：k为带承载的中性导体，根据配电工程要求，任选其中截面与主线
芯匹配。
Note：K is neutral conductor with carrier．selec any of cross-
section to match the main core according to the require-
ments of distributing project．

七、技术特性Technical Property
1．电缆的结构尺寸及主要技术参数如表3。
For cable structure，size and chief technical parameters, see Table 3. 表 3 Table 3
2. 导体采用紧压圆形绞合的铜铝导体。
Conductor adopts extruded round twisted copper and aluminium conductors.
3. 绝缘采用耐候型聚氯乙烯或聚乙烯的黑色绝缘塑料。
Insulation adopts climate-resisting PVC or PE black insulation plastics.
4. 电缆应能经受3500V 1 分钟电压试验 。
Cable should undergo 3, 500V 1 min. voltage test.
单芯电缆应浸在室温水中1小时后进行。
Sinlg core cable should be carried out after being soaked in room temperature for 1hr.
